Einladung zur Generalversammlung<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Der Vorstand der Nova Sedes Wohnungsbau eG<\/strong>, Watzlikstr. 4, 92660 Neustadt\/WN (eingetragen im Genossenschaftsregister des Amtsgerichtes Weiden unter GnR 131) l\u00e4dt zu einer ordentlichen Generalversammlung f\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2024 <\/strong>ein.<\/p>\n

Diese findet gem\u00e4\u00df \u00a7 43b Abs. 1 Nr. 1 GenG in Form einer Pr\u00e4senzversammlung statt am<\/p>\n

Donnerstag, den 21.05.2026<\/strong> um 12:00 Uhr<\/strong><\/p>\n

in der Dotscheria Sch\u00fctzenhaus, Hetzenrichter Weg 20, 92637 Weiden.<\/p>\n

    Der Jahresabschluss und der Bericht des Aufsichtsrates f\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2024 als auch der Bericht \u00fcber die Pr\u00fcfung gem\u00e4\u00df \u00a7 53 Abs. 1 GenG f\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2024 liegen vor der Versammlung zur Einsichtnahme in unseren Gesch\u00e4ftsr\u00e4umen aus.<\/p>\n

    Wir bitten jeden Teilnehmer der Generalversammlung zum Nachweis seiner Mitgliedschaft entsprechende Unterlagen sowie einen Personalausweis bei der Einlasskontrolle bereitzuhalten.<\/p>\n
