Der Beitritt zu einer Gesellschaft oder einem Verein, somit auch zu einer Genossenschaft ist kein entgeltlicher Vertrag, sondern ein auf Begr\u00fcndung der Mitgliedschaft gerichtetes organisationsrechtliches Gesch\u00e4ft (vgl. M\u00fcnchner Kommentar, 5. Aufl. \u00a7 312 BGB RdNr. 30). Somit handelt es sich bei dem auf der Beitrittserkl\u00e4rung befindlichen Widerrufsrecht um ein freiwillig einger\u00e4umtes.<\/p>\n
